Rooftop terrace with hot tub, Exceptional cleanliness and maintenance, Comprehensive travel advice
The towels are disappointingly thin, and there’s an annoying lack of a coffee maker in the room!!! The bustling traffic noise from the nearby road disrupted my peace during the night!!!

stayed for 5 nights in a quadruple room, let me tell you, having to hand in my key every time I left was such an inconvenience. also, the bathroom looked dated with old mould, and towels were changed only once! where’s my complimentary upgrade for all this trouble? I was almost going to give a good review, but just couldn’t!

Amazing staff and views!
We loved our stay! The staff was super friendly, especially Stefano, who helped us navigate the area and gave awesome recommendations. Breakfast in the lounge was a treat, and the views from the rooftop terrace were breathtaking. Only bummer was the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but honestly, we didn’t mind too much. The stay at Britannia was enjoyable with clean rooms and excellent staff. The front desk was very accommodating, providing helpful recommendations and even arranging trips to Amalfi and Capri. The free breakfast buffet was a highlight, and the rooftop area with sunbeds and a jacuzzi offered stunning views of Vesuvius. The location just 10-15 minutes from Sorrento town and right in front of a bus stop made traveling convenient.
The busy street nearby was somewhat unsettling.
